8:30 every morning i usually wake up early to start my day off with a protein shake and a bananna.
10:30next meal two hours later will be something like egg whites with sundried tomatoes and two wheat toast pieces
12:workout: pre workout take a shake before the workout and consume as much water as possible with a protein shake following the workout
2pm:usually a protein bar or a turkey sandwhich
4:30 grilled chicken w black beans and corn saute
6:30a turkey slouvaki greek sanwich wrap w celery
8:30 salmon w a baked potataoe w a little butter and brocolli
10:30last shake then sleep
