Back to Prime U!

On Sunday, I’m headed back to Dallas to get back with Deion. We are going to work on fine-tuning my game. We’re also going to go over tapes. Teams have been calling Deion about me, like they’ve been calling my agent. Teams have also been calling Kevin Mathis and Omar Stoutmire about me too. Perfect Competition

I’ve been working out at Perfect Competition in Davis, FL. A lot of pro athletes have been working out there like Fred Taylor, Marius Jones-Drew, Frank Gore, Plaxico Burress, Byron Leftwich etc. Working out with these guys has given me a little extra motivation, seeing their nice cars. I have been working out with other NFL prospects like Alfonso Smith and Demetrius Byrd. The Rams DB coach came down this week to work out with me.

Next Couple Weeks

During these next couple weeks I will have a lot going on, I will be going back to Dallas to meet and train with Deion a little more. I also will have a couple private workouts down here in Ft. Lauderdale for DB coaches and I also will be traveling back up to Connecticut for my Pro Day. I’m looking forward to all the challenges that lie ahead of me on this road to being a high NFL draft pick,.

Hey Darius,
You wore #28 in college but right now spann has it and I see your wearing #27. Leigh Bodden also wore #28, we are stacked at DB, if Spann gets released are you going to go back to your #28, because I liked you wearing that number. I think #20 would look good too and or #46 is kind of unoriginal. I know #46 is worn by Appleby right now but he will switch to the 50's by reg season. I was just wondering , Hobbs left a bad taste in #27 and you are going to bring an A plus game. Good luck your the best.!

I am a big-time New England fan and I was mad when Bill traded out of the first round but I quickly got happy when they drafted you. I have heard you or others comparing you to Asante Samuel; you are going to be much better. Coach Bellichick is a genius and with your skills you are going to be a true shut-down corner. Congrats and can not wait to see you pick sixing in this season. We got some great corners now but I see you as being the best so do your thang, work hard and the results will be great.
